SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK DELIVERY 

UK delivery is £4.99

UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail, if express delivery is chosen we aim to ship within 24 hours, when an order is placed before 12pm BST Monday - Friday.

Please note: Next Day shipping will be unavailable for some select postcodes, therefore we will send via fastest delivery option available at point of postage.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Europe is £12 shipped with Royal Mail

Rest of world is £21 shipped with Royal Mail

Please note: Due to the introduction of tariffs, all American orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be collected directly by our carrier, Royal Mail, before or upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential costs before placing your order.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRE-ORDER AND EARLY ACCESS

A pre-order or early access is an order placed for an item which has not yet arrived, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions of the pre-order. When you pre-order an item from Life of ease it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your garment can be dispatched once available. We do our best to specify on the product page when a pre-order item will arrive but these dates are an estimation and the garment can sometimes become available before or after the advised date. If you have additional garments included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be sent after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item. It is advisable to order pre-order and in stock items separately.
